Problems watching the summit videos?

If you're having problems watching the summit videos it could be for a number of reasons.
If you work in a school, university or government offices then sometimes their networks are “locked down” and external videos won't play.

The best thing to do in this case is to speak to the IT department in your organisation and try to get them to allow our videos through.
If you find the video is stuttering or pausing it could well be a problem with your internet speed or “traffic congestion” on the network path between you and our servers. If you've bought the summit recordings then the easiest option is simply to download them and watch them on your computer/device rather than online.
If you're watching the free summit and struggling with the video pausing then it's worth trying on a different network (e.g. home vs school, wireless vs mobile) or trying to watch outside of peak hours.
Hope that helps. Luckily it's not a problem for the vast majority of people watching the summit but I know if it affects you it can be very frustrating.
